Who we are
Key Club is an international student-led organization with a goal to help others through service and teach its members leadership along the way. It is the largest and oldest service program for high school students. The Avon Lake High School Key Club is part of the Ohio District Key Club and is in Division 13.
The Key Club at Avon Lake High School is dedicated to helping others in the community. Members participate in different activities that benefit people, while also earning service hours that will count for graduation.

How do I get involved?
Any students attending Avon Lake High School are able to join our Key Club. Meetings are Tuesday mornings at 7:15am in room 114. Feel free to walk right in. New members are always welcome. If you have any questions about meetings, contact us below.
What do we do in Key Club?
Students in Key Club volunteer to help in different events throughout the year, and earn service hours for those events. Events include helping the elementary schools with activities and events, setting up for Kids' Closet events, babysitting at the public library, Kiwanis pancake breakfasts, and much more. Our Key Club also participates in at least one service project throughout the year. In addition to volunteering, the Ohio District Key Club also holds two events each year: Fall Rally and District Leadership Convention, or DLC. These are optional, but are a lot of fun and a great way to meet lots of new people from other clubs in Ohio!
